Patient Handbook

Each bed is equipped with a patient handbook which contains more detailed information about hospital services and facilities in your room.

Please ask the nursing staff for a handbook if one is not easily accessible to you.

Patient Satisfaction

We are committed to providing a quality health care service, and want to ensure that you have been provided with the best possible care during your stay.

Prior to discharge you will be given a Patient Satisfaction Survey which we encourage you to complete. The survey can be returned to hospital staff, or mailed back at a later date.

Information from the survey is regularly reviewed, and changes to policies, procedures, and services are implemented where possible to reflect patient feedback.
